Carmen Donato began her career with leading international financial intermediaries in internal control activities.
She worked for more than ten years for an international consulting group as a specialist in compliance, risk management, internal controls and corporate governance, as well as in relations with supervisory authorities, particularly in the areas of asset management, investment services and financial intermediation.
In 2018 she joined the ConsiliaRegulatory team continuing her work in the area of regulatory and organizational consulting with orientation to all types of companies operating in the financial sector (SICAFs, SICAVs, SIMs, SGRs, branches of investment firms and management companies) and investment funds (traditional, speculative, real estate and private equity).
In 2024, she became a member of the Team.
