Gianmarco Maffioli is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 1995 and is an Auditor since 2001.
After a long professional experience at an auditing firm, since 2007 he started his activity as a consultant to banking and financial intermediaries coordinating the compliance, internal audit, risk management and Anti-Money Laundering services of a well-known international group; starting from 2018 he became partner of ConsiliaRegulatory.
Active in the areas of Governance Risk & Compliance he has oriented himself to all types of entities operating in the financial sector (Banks, SICAV, SIM, SGR, investment firms, financial intermediaries ex art. 106TUB and trust companies) and investment funds (traditional, speculative, real estate and private equity).
He holds positions as non-executive director, statutory auditor and member of the 231 Supervisory Board of supervised companies operating in the financial sector.
