AUDITool is a one-off product, the result of years of investment in methods, modelling and digitalisation of processes, namely those related to the services offered by Refink for the definition, tailoring and management of governance models and internal control systems for customers.

The issuance of the EBA guidelines and the subsequent ESMA intervention on cloud services along with the entry into force of DORA have resulted in a focus on control over outsourcing and the efficiency of outsourced processes.

The digitalisation of the front end leads to the need to further innovate the back end and control activities of intermediaries. Even at the urging of the supervisory authorities, smaller intermediaries need to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in control processes cost-effectively in line with their business outlook.
