In 1998, after graduating in Law, Luca Gandolfi joined the Prof. Vincenzo Mariconda’s law firm and remained there for about ten years, until he decided to put his legal knowledge and experience gained in the legal profession at the disposal of merchant and commercial banks, including listed ones, and their associations, holding senior roles in legal and control structures.
After gaining significant experience in the field of litigation and arbitration (with specific reference to the corporate, banking and bankruptcy sectors), his professional training was subsequently developed within control structures with a focus on governance, management and the evolutionary development of internal controls. He has in-depth knowledge of regulatory, compliance and anti-money laundering matters of listed and unlisted banks and financial intermediaries. His expertise also includes matters relating to the administrative liability of entities and anti-money laundering controls of cryptocurrencies and crypto assets more generally.
He regularly speaks at conferences, masters and post-graduate courses and has numerous publications.
