Patrizio Braccioni was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2013.
In 1989 he obtained a PhD in International and Comparative Tax Law at Università di Genova.
He has an almost 30-year experience as head of the Tax Departments of corporations in the industrial (Pirelli Group) and banking (UniCredit Group) sectors.
Appointed President of the Technical Tax Commission of the Italian Banking Association in 2006-2010.
In 2013 he joined the Milan office of a U.S. law firm, followed by an experience in a leading tax law firm in Milan, where he deals mainly with tax advice to individuals, financial institutions and corporations.
In 2021 he has joined the Team for Corporate Tax Compliance.
Author of several articles on tax matters, corporate tax governance and tax compliance, on the main Italian and international journals, Patrizio is also lecturer in several conventions and conferences.
