Alessandro Barbini holds a Master’s Degree in Law, magna cum laude, from Università degli Studi in Ferrara (October 2023), where he specialised in Constitutional Law with a thesis titled "La formazione del Governo, tra regole e prassi" ["Government Formation: Between Rules and Practice."]
He started his career in the Legal & Compliance function of a fiduciary services firm, building strong foundations in regulatory compliance and risk management. He later joined a leading financial intermediary in the credit sector, where he further strengthened his expertise in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering, working on regulatory controls, internal procedures, and operational compliance matters.
Since February 2026, Alessandro has been part the Team, supporting financial intermediaries through advisory and hands-on assistance across Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Internal Audit functions.
