Andrea Coltri boasts over 25 years of experience in financial services. He began his career as a functional analyst at leading insurance companies before moving into management consulting at major international firms, where he advised financial and insurance intermediaries on large-scale organizational and technology transformation programs.
He then held the role of Chief Operating Officer at regulated entities, gaining extensive expertise in the management and outsourcing of control functions, including Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Risk Management, and Internal Audit.
Throughout his career, he has acquired sound expertise in Finance, Operations, and IT, as well as in program and project management, leading cross-functional teams in both domestic and international settings.
He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and training events.
As of April 2026, Andrea joined the Team as Chief Operating Officer.
