Filippo Berneri is admitted to the Milan Chartered Accountants Association and has been a certified auditor since 2010.
After working in an international auditing firm, he joined Annunziata e Associati in 2005 becoming a member of the Team in 2015.
His main expertise is in corporate, commercial, banking, financial and insurance law, with a particular focus on legal benchmarking, the application of international models and structures, as well as issues relating to cross-border transactions by foreign players in Italy.
He has gained significant experience in anti-money laundering, legal and regulatory assistance on the provision of collective asset management, investment services and banking services.
He holds several offices in supervised companies and serves as panelist at conferences.
