Maria Bordoli graduated in Law at Università degli Studi in Milan in 1994 with a final dissertation in Philosophy of Law.
Maria boasted an extensive experience in retail banking and, for more than ten years, in the third sector focusing on support and advice to those involved in indebtedness to prevent loan sharking.
She becomes part of the Team in May 2022 dealing mainly with corporate secretary services for regulated entities, such as banks, investment companies and asset management companies.
