Sara Zaltron has gained significant experience in asset management on all three fundamental pillars of risk management: market risk, operational risk, credit/counterparty risk, combining purely quantitative aspects, stemming from her degree in Mathematics, with a pragmatic outlook along with an international approach supporting complex projects with a managerial attitude.
In recent years, she has also dealt with emerging foreign entities in particular, in direct interaction with authorities in various countries, setting up interesting collaboration projects.
With a sound experience in Integrated Internal Controls she gained in more than one entity by setting up projects also in predictive analysis, Sara founded and managed a company specialised in machine learning models for several financial areas, from asset management to business and controls.
She contributes as a lecturer with the London Stock Exchange Group, several universities and training courses both in Italy and abroad.
She has held and still holds positions in companies, supervised and listed, mainly within the financial sector.
As of June 2019, Sara Zaltron joined the Team.
