Refink is organizing a roundtable titled

Taking stock of different regulatory and supervisory experiences along the way to the implementation of the Market in Crypto Assets Regulation (“MiCAR”)

in the framework of the Milan Fintech Summit 2024, promoted by Fiera di Milano, FinTech District and Business International. It offers a unique opportunity to advance the policy and regulatory debate and share best practices and supervisory approaches, shedding some light on the regulation's practical application. The format is that of a “roundtable” to facilitate the discussion of different perspectives and experiences over selected issues/topics.

The event will significantly take place in October, right between the entry into application of the first batch of rules (June 2024) and the second one (December 2024).
